Spark Savings AVAX Rewards Campaign (Avalanche)

Overview

The AVAX Rewards Campaign allowed users to earn AVAX tokens by supplying USDC to spUSDC on Spark Savings on Avalanche.

This program was designed to deepen stablecoin liquidity on Avalanche while maintaining predictable, transparent, and time-based emissions.

Campaign Start Date: 10 December 2025 Campaign End Date: 10 March 2026 (90 days)

Reference AVAX price used for emission calibration: $14.03 (average closing price over the previous 7 days)

Reward Distribution

Rewards were distributed based on the following key factors:

  • Weekly distributions of approximately 4,434.94 AVAX (based on a 7-day average AVAX price of $14.03 and subject to adjustment depending on market conditions and target APY sustainability)
  • Total campaign allocation: 57,020.67 AVAX distributed over 90 days
  • Rewards accrued every second based on the user's proportional share of total spUSDC on Avalanche
  • Emissions streamed continuously at approximately 0.00733 AVAX per second
  • Users could claim rewards at any time during the campaign and within the post-campaign claim window

  • Daily Prize Pool: 8,889 AVAX (target emission basis)
  • Weekly Emission (USD equivalent): 62,222
  • Weekly Emission (AVAX): ~4,434.94 AVAX
  • Total Emission (AVAX): 57,020.67 AVAX
  • Net AVAX Reserve Buffer: 9,979.33 AVAX

The reserve buffer was maintained to manage rounding, volatility adjustments, and potential campaign optimization.

Rewards were calculated solely based on spUSDC balances on Avalanche.

There was a single-chain reward calculation and claim process.

Claim Process

Users can claim their remaining rewards at https://app.spark.fi/rewards. (Make sure to select Avalanche as the network).

Rewards were distributed through the SparkRewards contract deployed on Avalanche.

Claim Deadlines

  • Users must claim their rewards within 3 months after the campaign ends (by June 10, 2026). Rewards not claimed within this 3-month window will expire and will no longer be claimable.

Restricted Geographies

No country-level restrictions applied. However, the Spark Terms of Use still apply, meaning that e.g. sanctioned users are not able to claim rewards.
