This crypto-asset white paper has not been approved by any competent authority in any Member State of the European Union.
Spark Foundation has amended the SPK Token Admission-to-Trading White Paper originally notified on 16 April 2025. The key material updates include a revised disclaimer and warning notice specifically addressing admission to trading, clarification of staking provisions to accurately reflect their conditional nature dependent on governance and technical developments, updated corporate address details, inclusion of clear references to the separate Offer White Paper, and corrections to token classification and technical requirements. Additionally, statements regarding public token offerings and supply adjustment protocols have been corrected for regulatory accuracy.
The updated White Paper is now publicly available.
